Inspection Visits

One to one personal service, for just £95.00 per person:

We will discuss your requirements with you before you visit Cyprus and draw up a short list of properties which suit your criteria. We will then arrange your flights (at no cost) and book your accommodation in a 4 star hotel (subject to availability). On arrival in Cyprus we will meet you at the airport, drive you to your hotel, showing you the area on the journey.

What is included?

* Flights to and from UK to Paphos or Larnaca
* 3 nights, 4 days in a 4 star hotel on a B&B basis (subject to availability)
* Transport throughout your visit
* Tour of the region
* View properties within your price range
* Meet a legal representative
* Open a bank account
* Make a reservation for a property (if required)
* Dinner is optional (however this is usually social occasion as we do not discuss property over dinner!)
